Our newest collaborative palletizer design utilizes CRX robots from Fanuc. This is a compact turn-key solution ready to be deployed, easy installation, with no fencing or rigid barriers around it. Is a unit intended for human-robot interaction within a shared space.

Specifications:

- Boxes/Packages up to 7 Kg (on this robot model).

- Pallet patterns up to 75" height.

- 2 Independent palletizing stations.

- 2 slip sheet dispensing stations.

- Up to 6 units (pick/place cycles) per minute(1).

- (1) The total number of units per minute may increase with multiple units per pick.

- Infeed motorized roller conveyor with 3 zones.

- 120 VAC single phase, 20 Amp (Max).

- No physical security fences or barriers are required around the solution.

- Easy to relocate, includes lockable casters wheels. Does not require anchoring to the floor
